Our kitchen has been a hive of activity lately as we quickly count down the weeks till Christmas. The Vanilla Pod team has been busy putting the finishing touches on the delicious recipes that make up our 2015 Christmas Menu.
In our Ascot Cafe Scott shows his creative flair, combining gorgeous fresh ingredients in four mouth watering salads. Over in our Specialty Cake Kitchen, our baker Jodie guides us through the process to make two of our moorish tarts that taste as good as they look.
It's a labour of love for both Scott and Jodie, combining their passion for food with the finest ingredients we can source. As they say the proof is in the pudding.
Salads: panzanella salad, potato salad, mango salad, and quinoa salad.
